Experienced Freelance Graphic Designer in London, specialised in designing branding, corporate literature, advertising and marketing material, as well as re-branding, consultancy and art-direction. I believe in simple, stylish and effective design. I work on a freelance basis and I also take on projects on short contracts. I am happy to jump into any collaborative team situation. I can also manage complete projects from start to finish, including sourcing and liaising with other professionals, such as photographers, illustrators, programmers and printers.

Work Experience
• I have been freelance since 2010. My projects have varied from small to medium companies; designing corporate literature, printed campaigns and web material, working in-house or from my own studio. Roles involved temporarily fitting in as part of many different creative teams, as well as managing the projects from start to finish from a design and art-direction point of view, outsourcing and managing other professionals, such as photographers, illustrators, back-end programmers and printers. • 2004 - 2010, Graphic Designer at Bang the Drum Communications, London. Bang the Drum was a versatile design company specialising in the aftersales car market. We worked with bluechip clients, such as Hyundai, Mini, BMW and Jungheinrich, designing all their printed media including brochures, flyers, campaigns and catalogues.
• 2001 - 2003, In-house Graphic Designer for Charles Tyrwhitt, London. Charles Tyrwhitt designs and markets high quality clothing; it is a mail order retailer, with stores in London, Paris and New York. Within the in-house team, my responsibilities included the design of all printed and internet media for the company, in three languages. Production ranged from catalogues to adverts for national and international newspapers and magazines, as well as in-store POS graphics, packaging and internet material. My position involved the generation of ideas and concepts and also overseeing the entire production process from start to finish.
• 1999 - 2001, In-house Graphic Designer for Twinklers Ltd, London. Twinklers Ltd designs, produces and distributes promotional items worldwide. I had responsibility for the production of all printed material used by the company in four languages, development of the brand image and day to day management of the department.
• 1995 - 1998, Graphic Designer for Phoenix Image & Communications, Padova, Italy. Alongside three other designers, reporting directly to the art-director, I worked on wide-ranging advertising projects: corporate identities, brochures, leaflets, packaging, advertisements, magazines, web-pages, displays, exhibition panels and promotional items. Started as a junior part-timer, within two years I was promoted as a full-time member of the company, managing a team of two other junior designers.
